Each learning path can be tied to specific skills (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud ops, DevOps), with progression unlocking new modules, advanced labs, or real-world simulation challenges. We use platforms like TalentCards, Kahoot, or build custom systems with Unity/React-based front ends and scalable back ends (Firebase, MongoDB, AWS). Admins can view heatmaps of learner engagement, average scores, peer comparisons, and time-per-module analytics. Features include group challenges, team scoring, scenario-based learning (e.g., ransomware incident simulations), and rewards such as virtual coins or certificates. These platforms increase motivation, knowledge retention, and internal competition, making them ideal for ongoing IT enablement, new tool rollouts, or building cybersecurity readiness in high-risk environments. Integration with Slack, Teams, or internal intranet portals can be provided.
